Cone Head
We had a fun time wearing the cone head. My cousin brought it all the way from Boston. We even put it on my dad who was sleeping and took a picture. I think that I do it the most justice though. I look like a Q-Tip. Nate was having a little too much fun.

Christmas Card 2007

Here is our Christmas Card. We had a lot of fun taking pictures. The kids took pictures for two days. The first day, my youngest son was doing "cross eyes" in all of his pictures. He thought that was a lot of fun. He was also making a lot of funny faces. The older two were getting really frustrated with him. They asked him, "Do you want to take pictures ALL DAY?!" Then he replied, "Okay!" That really blew up in their faces! He is such a ham, and he loves to have his picture taken. We had a great Christmas.

Halloween 2007

So the kids have changed a TON! Logan still wants to be cute...which is good. But the other two have changed their costume ideas considerably. They are still super cute, but they have their opinions now...which is also good. :D Spencer wanted to be Peter from Narnia. He wanted to be a brave knight. Kylie didn't know what she was going to be, because her Auntie Jodi was sending it to her as a surprise. She ended up being a Gwen Stefani dancer called a Harajuku Girl. They had a great Halloween. We have so many Halloween parties to attend, they were able to wear their costumes multiple times.
Logan never wanted to take off his kangaroo outfit. He loved it. He loved hopping around everywhere. It was very fitting for his personality. :D Spencer never ended up wearing his helmet. It was too heavy, and he didn't put the armor on his suit either. He looked fine without it. Kylie was dancing around, and her whole personality changed when we put the multi-colored weave in her hair. It was very cute. :)

Girls Camp
This is the sign that I painted for Girls Camp. It was a lot of fun this year up at Girls' Camp, but a lot different. For the last 2 years up at camp I have been going up as Certification. This year, I was in the directorship, and there is a lot more responsibility. It is a 3 year calling.
The girls are so amazing, and they are such a great example to me. They really did help me "Survive" the week up at Girls' Camp! :)
4th of July
Here is a picture of our family on the Fourth of July. It was probably the craziest day of the year. We were not home ALL DAY! From almost 6 am until midnight. The kids were in a parade, so we had to get them there, and then there were carnivals, and BBQ's to attend, and then firework shows, and then off to our friend's house here that we are at.
These are the great shirts that Grandma buys for us each year. This year we got to wear wonderful red. :) Thank you! We had a great 4th! But boy, were we ready to get home and go to bed! Especially the kiddies!

Snorkling in the Virgin Islands
Here is a picture of me snorkling in the Virgin Islands. It was so awesome. I cannot describe the blue water in the Virgin Islands. It is like a blue that I have never seen before. And the sands on the beaches of St. Maarten was like silk. (They even sold it!) When I was snorkling (I have been before, but it has been awhile), the fish were about 2" from my mask. It was amazing. When I came up, my guide told me that the mask is magnified 25% to make things look bigger, and closer. I wonder how close up those fish were to my face!!!
Cruisin' the Caribbean
Nathan and I went on a Caribbean cruise with a few of our friends. We had the time of our lives. There is so much to do, and so much to see! We stopped at three ports: San Juan, Puerto Rico; St. Maarten, Netherland Antillies; and St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. We had such a blast! Here we are on the side of the ship. There was a huge slide (like 2 or 3 decks high) you could go on, miniture golfing, ping pong, entertainment shows, and other fun things on board. We are looking forward to the next time we can go!

Little Chickie

Here is Logan being a chickie for Halloween. He LOVED being a chickie. He would do a chicken dance at everyone's door on Halloween night, and at the church's Trunk-or-Treat. Everyone thought that he was quite the crack up. The only thing that he was getting bothered by is the fact that everyone loved to play with the little red tuft on the top of his head. Adults and children. Hehe. He got used to it by the end of the night, but at first he would say, "Mommy! They are playing with my head again!" He was the cutest little chickie ever. People suggested that Nathan and I dress up like the Foster Farms chickens and be his parents. Oh brother. hehe.
Here is a picture of him and one of his first loves, Brit. And he loves to follow her around and play with her. She is so good with him.
Harry Potter Spotted!

Spencer was Harry Potter for Halloween. He was supposed to be Jango Fett, but a company sent us the wrong size, and we had to pick out a different costume. So, he went with Harry Potter. He had a lot of fun holding the wand, wearing the glasses, and wearing the Griffandor House Scarf that Mommy made him. We might be a bit biased, but we think that he makes the cutest Harry Potter ever!
Beautiful Princess

Here is a picture of Kylie being a Renaissance Princess for Halloween. She looked absolutely stunning. When Mommy was done curling her hair, she gasped! "You look so grown up!" Soon Mommy discovered though, her little girl was still in there when she was running around in her gown asking for candy. Her wonderful Auntie Jodi made this beautiful Halloween costume for her. She never wanted to take it off! It's funny. It wasn't the curling of the waist length hair, or the high heeled shoes, or even the make-up that was the challenge to Kylie that night...it was her being able to tell people that she was a "Renaissance Princess!" hehe.
